Need an ethical hacker to patch personal devices

An ethical hacker, cybersecurity professional, or cybercrime investigator needed. I have an influencer ex who is running a massive hacking and smear campaign against my life with some of his silicon tech bros and a group of incels. They have captured all of my devices and I cannot make anything secure, they have been going for nearly two years. I am at my limit, I do not have a massive budget for help, as they keep contacting my employers and spreading harmful lies about me and threatening people, but I will compensate to the best of my ability. I am only looking to secure my devices at this point, paid VPNs, clean resets, security keys, and burner devices are not enough. No one I know in tech or cybersecurity knows how to help. If you are interested in going further and helping me gather evidence for law enforcement, it would be greatly appreciated, but not required.
