We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead our cloud projects and implement robust solutions. Job Overview: The Cloud Architect will design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure for the project, ensuring that all systems deployed are FedRAMP-compliant and secure. The individual must have experience working on federal projects, especially within environments requiring high levels of security and scalability. Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud architecture that complies with federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, etc.). Collaborate with security engineers to integrate security measures into the cloud architecture. Oversee cloud infrastructure optimization for performance, security, and compliance. Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity protocols are in place in line with federal standards. Coordinate with software engineers to integrate the cloud platform with other systems used in the project. Qualifications: Required: 7+ years of cloud architecture experience, specifically within federal government projects. In-depth knowledge of federal security and compliance requirements, particularly FedRAMP and NIST. Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a strong emphasis on scalability and security. Strong understanding of cloud security practices and automation in compliance-driven environments.
