Need Microsoft Word/IngramSpark interface expertise

Hello--If you are current on all aspects of Microsoft Word and Ingram Spark, I need your expertise. I've published three books already using IngramSpark, and since publishing my last one, they've changed their system and I can't make it work for the interior of my book. I've designed a cover according to their template provided but, again, I'm having trouble with the interior file. I'm not able to format it correctly. It's currently a Microsoft Word document; ideally I'd like to get the format perfect in the Word document, save it as a PDF/X file, and upload that to Ingram. I'm also open to using an Ingram-provided template; I like the one called Savannah. This may only take a morning or afternoon to accomplish.
