We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable paralegal, legal assistant, or experienced filing specialist to assist with bulk FBAR (FinCEN Form 114) submissions on an ongoing basis. Scope of Work: - You will not be responsible for client communication or data collection. - All client information will be provided through a comprehensive intake form. - Form 114a (Authorization to File) will be automatically generated for each client. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Transferring the provided client information from the intake form to the official FBAR submission PDF. - Submitting the FBAR electronically through the FinCEN portal. - Updating the filing status in our backend system once the filing is complete. Compensation: Please include your per-filing rate or bulk pricing in your application, along with any relevant experience. Additional Information: This is a remote, ongoing project. We are looking for someone who can manage a high volume of filings consistently and accurately.
