Video Podcast Editor for 1.5 Hour Episodes (3 Per Month, Simple Edits Only)

Hi! I’m looking for a video editor to help with my long-form podcast episodes. Each episode is about an hour and a half long, and I publish three per month, with one due every 10 days. I’m not looking for any transitions, effects, or fancy editing. Just a clean and thoughtful cut. Each episode includes: Putting together a short intro (very basic, takes about 15 minutes) Removing long pauses or silences Cutting out parts of the conversation that go off topic Trimming sections where I repeat myself or ramble Removing some filler words like “um” and “like” when they’re overused Making the episode feel smooth and concise from start to finish I’m looking for someone who has experience editing podcasts and understands what to keep in and what to cut. You should be confident editing without time stamps and know how to shape a clear conversation from a raw recording. Since it’s a video podcast, I also need someone who can help keep the files organized in a clear and simple system. This will be an ongoing project.
