We're hiring an Appointment Setter (Remote) to join our growing performance marketing agency. This role is fully remote and focused on handling inbound, warm leads only — no cold outreach. You’ll be responsible for engaging with leads who reach out through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or our website, and your job is to schedule them into sales appointments with our team. You’ll also follow up to confirm attendance and ensure they show up ready for the call. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, is highly reliable, and takes pride in being organized. You should be confident in your writing, able to handle basic questions from prospects, and comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and CRM systems (training provided). Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or lead handling is a strong plus. This is a commission-based role with bonuses for strong performance. We provide full training, scripts, and support — and there’s room to grow into a full-time or higher-level role as we scale.
