We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketing expert with a proven track record of helping brick-and-mortar businesses grow through paid ads and organic social content. This isn’t just about managing ad budgets—it’s about driving local traffic, increasing conversions, and creating content that connects with real customers. We need someone who can manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while working collaboratively with our in-house team to develop content ideas, scripts, hooks, and creative strategies that fit our brand and local audience. What You'll Do Run and optimize high-performing paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube Help generate organic content ideas across social platforms that align with our promotions and voice Create compelling video hooks, ad scripts, captions, and campaign angles Provide creative direction on what we should be recording and how to structure content Work closely with our in-house team on content planning and execution Analyze performance data and make real-time adjustments to improve results Bring strategic insight into landing pages, offers, customer psychology, and funnel flow What We're Looking For Experience running paid campaigns and creating content for brick-and-mortar retail or service-based businesses Understanding of local marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and local conversions Proven success managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and supporting YouTube/short-form video strategies Comfortable collaborating with an internal team to execute ideas and share the load Ability to bridge the gap between creative and performance, offering both vision and execution Organized, responsive, and committed to clear communication and measurable impact Who Should Apply?
