About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Loan Processor to join our team. This is a fully remote position where you’ll play a key role in packaging, underwriting, and submitting loan applications—especially SBA and conventional loans. You’ll work closely with clients, lenders, and internal team members to ensure each application is processed efficiently and accurately, from gathering and reviewing financial documents to preparing complete packages for submission. Key Responsibilities Package and process commercial loan applications (SBA, conventional, and others) from start to finish Review and analyze financial documents (e.g. tax returns, P&Ls, balance sheets) to assess loan eligibility Work with clients to collect required documents and information in a timely manner Coordinate with lenders and ensure all loan conditions and underwriting requirements are met Maintain accurate records and track progress of multiple applications in various stages Stay current on SBA and commercial lending guidelines and industry updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in SBA loan packaging, processing, or underwriting Deep understanding of SBA loan programs (7(a), 504, etc.) and commercial lending standards Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing software
