We're currently using Zapier to notify our team when a demo has been scheduled on our website. The current setup is this: 1. HubSpot form is submitted, and triggers a calendly meeting booking pop-up 2. User either leaves the page, or schedules a meeting 3. Zapier captures the calendly meeting requests via webook and stores them in a Google Sheet We then have a second zap that: 1. Catches the submission via webhook 2. Finds the submission in HubSpot to retrieve the form submission fields (type of company, state etc) 3. Checks whether the email address exists on the previous Google Sheet (if yes = meeting scheduled, if no = no meeting scheduled) 4. Uses a path to send two different notifications to slack: - If found, send the slack message that says who has been assigned to the lead, and when the meeting is for - If not found, send a message that says the lead needs to be claimed Currently, all fully booked submissions show the notification as expected. However, I have not been able to get the form submissions that did NOT schedule a demo to show up, which has resulted in sales team members missing 10-20% of inbound leads. We're looking for someone with expert zapier skills, and familiarity with all of the tools mentioned in this brief, to help us fix any issues or setup a new flow that accomplishes what we're looking for. Thank you.
