Title: Seeking Brand Storyteller & Designer to Create a Culture Book That Brings Our Company to Life Description: We’re looking for a creative professional (or duo) who can help us build a beautifully written and visually captivating Company Culture Book—something that tells the story of who we are, what we believe, how we operate, and where we’re going. Think less “corporate HR handbook,” and more Nike/Trek/Virgin-style culture manifesto—something that inspires team members, attracts talent, and reinforces our values. We are a fast-growing, 8-figure education company that teaches people how to build a side income flipping sports cards. Our company is fun, competitive, driven, and entrepreneurial—we want our culture book to reflect that. What We’re Looking For: A brand storyteller/copywriter who can interview us (via Zoom), understand our mission, and write it in a compelling voice A designer who can lay it out into a visually stunning, on-brand document (PDF + print-ready) Someone who understands company culture, internal branding, and startup/entrepreneurial energy Deliverables: 15–30 page Culture Book (PDF + Print-Ready Format) Includes: Our Origin Story Vision, Mission, and Values Team Beliefs & Rituals Behind-the-scenes/team photos (we’ll provide) Quotes, inside jokes, philosophies, etc. Optional (if you have experience): helping us design a digital flipbook or microsite version Ideal Candidate Has: Experience building culture books, brand books, or internal brand decks Background in startup branding or employer branding Portfolio examples that show strong writing and visual storytelling Bonus: Passion for sports or sports cards (not required) Timeline: We’d like to kick off ASAP.
