Zinda Law Group is looking for a driven and analytical Staff Accountant to join our firm! Our firm is a member of the Inc. 5000 and was named one of the top Firms in the Austin area for 2020 by Austin Monthly Magazine.     Responsibilities:   Assist with budget preparations  Pay bills and maintain ledgers  Receive, approve, and/or decline invoices  Code payables for Accounts Payable entries  Make bank deposits and receipts of money  Reconcile bank accounts  Assure expenditures are in accordance with code balances for item acquisition  Conduct invoice activities and pay vendors  Process payroll and payroll reports  Create and maintain multiples reports for the firm     Qualifications:  Minimum 1+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience  Strong experience with Microsoft Excel  Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred  Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills  Capable of working in a fast-paced environment     Our core principles are:  Excellence Always We All Take Out the Trash Data-Driven Results We Outwork Our Opponents
