This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who… • Thrives in fast-paced, visionary-led environments • Can take big-picture ideas and turn them into step-by-step execution plans • Has experience running launches, digital programs, and online memberships • Communicates with kindness, clarity, and confidence • Can manage team members, tech platforms, and deadlines with ease • Loves streamlining, solving problems, and getting things done ⸻ Key Responsibilities Project & Team Management • Turn Tori’s vision into timelines, task lists, and project plans • Manage and delegate tasks to team members (content creator, tech support, etc.) • Lead weekly team check-ins and ensure accountability • Keep everyone aligned and on schedule Launch Strategy & Implementation • Build and manage the launch plan for digital course and membership • Coordinate email sequences, landing pages, and funnel setup (with support team) • Track metrics and optimize performance Operations & Systems • Set up and manage Asana, ClickUp, or project management tools • Oversee recurring systems (monthly Insider calls, content, email delivery) • Support automation, email marketing, Kajabi backend (or guide others) CEO Support & Decision Filtering • Protect Tori’s time and energy by filtering decisions, opportunities, and to-dos • Ensure Tori only focuses on what’s in her zone of genius: creating, speaking, hosting, showing up • Serve as thought partner + executor ⸻ Qualifications • 2+ years in a similar OBM, operations, or integrator role • Experience working with coaches, course creators, or personal brands • Familiar with Kajabi, Canva, Google Drive, email marketing platforms, project management tools • Strong written and verbal communication • Detail-oriented, driven, and high integrity • Positive, faith-aligned, and passionate about women’s empowerment About the Brand Tori Kruse is a red carpet host, keynote speaker, and founder of a virtual wardrobe styling company helping high-achieving women elevate their presence, visibility, and brand through faith-based personal development, networking, and style. Her company includes a growing online membership (The Insider Program), a high-impact digital course (in development), virtual styling offers, and a strong presence in live events and red carpet media. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, strategy-minded Online Business Manager (OBM) who can confidently own operations, launches, and team coordination — freeing Tori to show up fully as the face of the brand.
