Seeking PA-Licensed Engineer Specializing in CAD, MEP, and Utility Plan Design


We are a real estate development company based in Philadelphia, PA, currently seeking a highly qualified, PA-licensed engineer/MEP specialist with expertise in residential buildings requiring fire sprinkler systems. Our goal is to establish a long-term partnership with a professional who can support both our ongoing and upcoming projects. We are currently developing a 5-family, 3,500 sqft building in Philadelphia, PA, for which we have approved floor plans (available upon request). To proceed, we are seeking a specialist who can assist with the following services: 1. Creation of a CAD file for the sprinkler system installation 2. Updating of MEP plans to ensure full compliance with current codes, including professional stamping (the existing plans, which have expired, can be provided) 3. Development of fire panel drawings 4.
