POC Development for Mobile Driver's License Data Integration

Looking for an iOS/Swift developer to create a Proof of Concept (POC) that reads personal identification (PI) information from a mobile driver's license stored in Apple Wallet. The goal is to transfer this data into an editable form that can be submitted to a status page. The form will have fields for first name, last name, address line 1, address line 2, city, state, phone number, email, date of birth, social security number (SSN), mother's maiden name, 5 digit zip code, and income. All field should have basic validation. For SSN, validation can just be a regular expression that checks for 9 digits. Email should check for a valid email format. State should be a. drop down select with all 50 US states. Date of birth should check for a good date format and that the person is at least 16 years old. If any validation fail, just highlight the field in red with a red colored text warning to check the name of the field to fix. The form will also have another drop down select called "Employment Status" The only options there being "Employed", "Self-Employed", "Not Employed", or "Retired". All fields except address line 2 are mandatory. The form will also have the Verify with Apple Wallet button. If clicked, it will load all the equivalent data from the mobile drivers license to the form using the Verify with Wallet API. Apple has documentation here: https://developer.apple.com/wallet/get-started-with-verify-with-wallet/ The status page will show simple text "Approved", "Denied", or "Decision on Hold". That response text will be Approved if income is above $50,000. Otherwise do a random function to divide between Denied and Decision On Hold. Centered in the middle of the form toward the top, put a company logo. Uber or Travelocity should be fine. Include the same logo and same position on the post submit status page above the Approved/Denied/Decison On Hold. As part of the deliverables, I need an Xcode project file. Also will need a detailed document on how to set this up on my Mac and Xcode. Also this document should give details on how to test using the simulator. I am a beginner to Xcode and Swift (I am mostly a Java developer myself). The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile app development and data handling.
