Description: We are seeking a skilled residential designer to help visualize renovation ideas for an older home. The goal is to create conceptual drawings that explore different exterior addition options and architectural directions before moving forward with full architectural plans. What we're looking for: This is an early-stage design project focused on conceptual exterior elevation drawings. The ideal candidate will: - Have a strong grasp of architectural design principles - Be able to interpret design inspiration and incorporate preferred architectural styles - Translate rough ideas or descriptions into clear, creative visual concepts - Provide multiple design directions and iterate based on feedback - Be comfortable working with older homes and integrating additions in a cohesive, stylistic way Deliverables: - Concept drawings showing exterior renovations and/or additions - 2–3 initial design directions, with iterations as needed - Visuals that help align design vision across different ideas If you have a strong eye for residential design and a talent for visualizing architectural concepts, we’d love to see your portfolio—especially any work involving home additions or exterior transformations.
