Key Responsibilities: • Review and refine our existing recipes for quality, consistency, and flavor balance • Collaborate with our team to develop new, innovative menu items aligned with our brand • Provide guidance and expertise on improving our rice cooking process using electric rice cookers — specifically to achieve non-sticky, fluffy results every time Ideal Candidate: • Has experience working with fast casual or quick-service restaurant brands • Strong understanding of scalable, repeatable recipes for high-volume operations • Knowledgeable in rice preparation across various cuisines We are based in Houston TX
