We are a growing fast casual restaurant brand seeking an experienced professional chef or culinary consultant to help us elevate our current recipes and assist in the development of new menu items for upcoming product launches. Key Responsibilities: • Review and refine our existing recipes for quality, consistency, and flavor balance • Collaborate with our team to develop new, innovative menu items aligned with our brand • Provide guidance and expertise on improving our rice cooking process using electric rice cookers — specifically to achieve non-sticky, fluffy results every time Ideal Candidate: • Has experience working with fast casual or quick-service restaurant brands • Strong understanding of scalable, repeatable recipes for high-volume operations • Knowledgeable in rice preparation across various cuisines We are based in Houston TX
