Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Business Attorney to help design and implement a comprehensive legal roadmap for separating operational and asset-holding entities under an LLC structure, with the ultimate goal of aligning the structure with a real-time Living Trust. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a legal roadmap for creating a clear separation between operating entities and asset-holding LLCs. - Advise on entity structuring, compliance, and asset protection strategies. - Assist in drafting and filing LLC formation documents, operating agreements, and inter-company agreements. - Provide guidance on integrating LLC entities into a Living Trust framework for long-term estate and business planning. - Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws. - Provide ongoing counsel regarding trust and LLC interactions, liability shielding, and tax implications.
