My neighbor and I would like to change the property line between our two properties (each about 40 acres). We would like the change to be acreage-neutral. We have already agreed on the new line, for which I can share a KMZ, though we will need whoever does this to provide some comfort about the acreage neutrality, as we do not want any error. We would like the two surveys rebuilt to the new property line, with both a drawing and the legal description, adequate to permit the property line to be changed at the deed level.
