We are seeking a hands-on expert to set up and operate a high-converting live streaming sales channel for our brand. This is a full-scope role requiring both strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities: Design and set up a brand-aligned live streaming studio, including equipment selection, visual layout, lighting, and on-brand aesthetic Either serve as the live seller yourself or source and hire engaging, high-performing live stream sellers Develop a clear live sales strategy to convert viewers into buyers in real-time Script and schedule regular live sessions, manage host performance, and ensure production quality Track metrics and iterate on content and tactics to optimize conversion rates and viewer retention Requirements: Experience setting up and operating live stream sales studios (preferably in eCommerce or DTC) Ability to either confidently serve as the on-camera host or bring in qualified talent Understanding of what drives engagement and purchasing behavior in live commerce Strong creative eye and attention to detail in visual branding Ability to manage logistics, coordinate production, and analyze performance We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring our brand to life through live commerce.
