Model a T Rex Scull in 3d Relief

I need to hire a 3D modeller to sculpt a T Rex skull in 3D relief for a product. The end product will be a silicone bowl. The design of the T Rex skull will need to be realistic (proportions, detail etc) but modified so that there are no negative cavities (since the end product will be molded) The skull will stand at most 4cm off of a flat surface and will be contained within a 16cm diameter circle. Plan in your quote 1-2 revisions. I will try and be as details as possible with the choosen candidate (once they are selected) so that you have all the correct information, but there are some aspects of the design that will require 3d printing and testing (which we can do in house) before settling on a final design. The final deliverables for this project will be an edible 3D file and printable 3D files. If you like the job but disagree with the budget, just let me know what would be an appropriate rate.
