Data-driven Web App MVP

I need to build a data-driven web app. We have the site templates and dashboard UI selected (React JS, etc.) from Envato and also have the Azure DW built out enough to get started. Am looking to break the project into 3 phases: - Pre-MVP (just get 2-3 pages done and get the plumbing set up) - MVP (build out site to 70% completion) - Full-build (take MVP feedback from clients and move to launch-ready) This is the Pre-MVP phase. We'll commit to contracting for the rest of the MVP if the Pre-MVP work is high quality and timely. The Pre-MVP involves: 1. Stand up the home page using Envato site template 2. Connect to the DB to pull data using pre-built queries 3. Chart the data using dashboard template 4. Make an API call to return some text summaries
