We’re a small, fast-paced creative agency in NYC seeking a freelance NetSuite Administrator with deep accounting expertise (CPA preferred) to help us through a critical transition up to the present and beyond. We recently migrated to Oracle NetSuite and are now preparing to upload and reconcile our 2025 accounting data. We're on a tight deadline and need someone who can take ownership of the reconciliation process and keep us moving quickly and cleanly. We recently migrated to Oracle NetSuite and are now preparing to upload and reconcile our 2025 accounting data. We're on a tight deadline and need someone who can take ownership of the reconciliation process and keep us moving quickly and cleanly. Other Responsibilities: -Reconcile all 2025 financial data in NetSuite post-migration -Manage and customize saved searches, dashboards, reports, workflows, and CSV uploads -Ensure accurate and timely photo production billing (vendor, talent, usage, location, fees) including all Operational billing and --Client billing (fees and photoshoots) -Maintain user access, roles, and permissions to ensure proper data controls -Support multi-entity configuration, forms, templates, currencies, and approval flows -Troubleshoot and manage integrations -Handle full-cycle accounting tasks (AR, AP, billing, journal entries, reconciliations, close) -Support project-based and retainer revenue models, common in agency environments -Assist with cash flow planning, pricing strategy, and M&A readiness if needed Requirements -Proven experience with NetSuite Accounting, including post------implementation reconciliation -Strong understanding of photo production billing and creative services workflows -Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition, and multi-subsidiary setups -Hands-on with SQL, HTML, and CSS for NetSuite customization -CPA strongly preferred -Prior agency or production accounting experience is a big plus Must be NYC-based ok for some days to be remote.
