What You'll Do: Develop a high-performance front-end with clean, well-structured, and maintainable code Take initiative and lead front-end development efforts with confidence Leverage your expertise in ReactJS and NextJS to deliver exceptional user experiences Optimize for speed, security, and mobile responsiveness Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to bring user journeys and information architecture to life Communicate effectively—our startup moves quickly, and clarity is key Implement marketing integrations including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, and tracking pixels What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience with ReactJS and NextJS in production environments Proven ability to build responsive web applications and cross-platform mobile interfaces Solid experience with third-party services, APIs, analytics tools, and payment gateways Strong understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and security best practices in self-hosted environments About Us: We’re a fast-growing EdTech startup currently in our third accelerator cohort, with a validated product already in active use. Our team of 12 is driven by purpose, commitment, and a shared vision to streamline and scale our platform in a deadline-focused environment. We’re hiring for a 30–40 hour/week freelance role—perfect for someone who’s not only technically proficient but also proactive about identifying opportunities, resolving technical debt, and contributing to overall team success.
