Small business lawyer (with expertise in small business acquisition)
We're looking for a lawyer who has experience in the small business space and has strong attention to detail. Bonus would be 1/ experience in real estate small businesses and 2/ experience in small business acquisition. We are in the process of acquiring a small/micro business and need a lawyer for: - An analysis of the underlying business to identify any potential pitfalls - Drafting an LOI/IOI, purchase contract etc We will start with 1 deal but believe that we would need to go through initial phases of 5 or 6 deals before we are willing to move ahead with one. So this has potential to become a longer term relationship.
