JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced professional to design and deliver a leadership training program tailored specifically for women in executive roles. This program should address the unique challenges faced by women leaders and provide actionable strategies for overcoming obstacles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of gender dynamics in leadership and experience in facilitating engaging training sessions. Your expertise will empower participants to thrive in their roles and foster inclusive leadership environments. SCOPE OF WORK Design a multi-session leadership training curriculum focused on empowering women in executive roles Facilitate two (2) in-person cohorts, each with 15–20 participants Address key challenges including imposter syndrome, organizational bias, executive presence, and emotional intelligence Create or adapt pre- and post-program evaluation tools Provide completion records and program outcome reporting Deliver all content by established deadlines (Fall 2025 and early 2026) In-person training in Philadelphia, PA DELIVERABLES Finalized training curriculum and facilitator guide Handouts or presentation materials for each session Completed pre/post evaluation tools Participant completion records Summary report on program impact and key learnings IDEAL CANDIDATE QIALIFICATIONS Proven experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs for women Expertise in DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) and gender leadership research Strong executive coaching or facilitation background Comfortable with interactive, in-person training formats Skilled at measuring learning outcomes and program effectiveness Clear communicator and self-starter
