Job Title: Advanced Meta Ads Specialist for Psychedelic Mental Health Space Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our brand in the psychedelic mental health space. As an industry innovator, we are committed to providing cutting-edge solutions to improve mental health through the power of psychedelics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, including expertise in strategy, targeting, and creative optimization for a sensitive and highly regulated industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-performance paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to promote our psychedelic mental health services and products. Conduct market research to understand our target audience and create tailored campaigns that resonate with the demographic interested in psychedelic therapy, wellness, and mental health solutions. Design and implement strategies to maximize ROI while adhering to Meta’s advertising policies and industry regulations related to the psychedelic space. A/B test ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to continually improve conversion rates and ad performance. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the creative team to develop ads that are compliant, engaging, and effective in conveying our brand message. Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads platform changes, new features, and trends in the psychedelic mental health industry to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive. Requirements: Proven experience in managing advanced Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in the mental health, wellness, or regulated industries. In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, campaign optimization, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of Meta's ad policies, particularly related to sensitive industries, health, and wellness. Ability to create and analyze data-driven reports to track ad performance and make informed decisions. Experience with the psychedelic industry or mental health sector is a significant plus. Excellent communication skills to work with a remote team and present findings clearly. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of creative strategy, including copywriting, design, and user experience for ads. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience running ads for mental health services, alternative therapies, or wellness brands. Knowledge of ad copy that adheres to Meta’s guidelines while still being engaging and effective in promoting psychedelic mental health treatments.
