We are a boutique law firm based in New Jersey, focused primarily on representing community associations (condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners associations). We are seeking a talented and reliable branding and web designer to help us elevate our firm's digital presence and create a cohesive, modern, and professional brand identity. Project Scope: Logo Design Design a clean, modern, and professional logo that reflects trust, competence, and sophistication. Provide multiple initial concepts and rounds of revisions. Deliver final logo files in multiple formats (vector, PNG, JPG, etc.) for web and print. Brand Guidelines Establish a brand color palette, typography, and style guide. Define logo usage, spacing, and examples of branding in use. Website Design & Build Design and develop a responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly website using Wix. Pages to include: Home, About, Practice Areas, Attorneys, Resources/Blog, Contact. Integrate contact forms and optimize for mobile and basic SEO. We will provide initial written content but appreciate guidance on structure and layout. Digital Brochure (New) Design a professional and engaging digital brochure that aligns with the overall branding. The brochure will be used for prospective clients and marketing outreach. Should be delivered in both web-optimized PDF and print-ready formats. We will provide the written content and some imagery; designer to handle layout and visual presentation. Additional Assets (Optional/Preferred) Business card and letterhead design. Social media profile graphics or templates. Ideal Candidate: Strong portfolio of branding, web design, and brochure work for professional services businesses. Experience designing websites on Wix. Ability to capture and reflect a professional yet approachable tone. Strong communication and project management skills. Familiarity with legal industry branding is a plus but not required.
