Estate Living Trust Executor Assistance

I am the executor of a pour-over will and trustee of her living trust of a relative who recently died. I have some prior experience with this as I was the executor of my father’s estate. Both the deceased and myself live in California. I have been in touch with the law firm that wrote the living trust about some assistance, however they wanted me to sign an open-ended retainer a quite a high rate which was more than I was willing to pay. I have obtained a certificate of trust, obtained an EIN number from the IRS and notified the banks and retirement funds of her death. I have also have notified the beneficiaries and requested their W9. I am looking for some assistance with filling out some of the claim forms, advice on how to handle the 401K disbursements, some advice on filing tax returns and other miscellaneous matters. If you are a qualified professional with knowledge of how to assist in this matter, please inform me of your qualifications and proposed hourly rate.
