I’m launching a property management business in North Palm Beach County, Florida, and I'm looking for a talented, reliable writer-designer to help create high-quality, well-researched lead magnets and branded marketing materials. These documents will be used to attract and educate property owners and real estate investors considering, with a bias toward introducing our full-service, long-term rental management services. This role combines research, compelling copywriting, and clean, on-brand Canva design into a single deliverable — ideally by someone who understands real estate, investing, and can speak confidently to this audience audience. ✅ Responsibilities: Research and analyze relevant real estate/investment topics - these topics will be provided but may include for example the following: "Benefits of a property manager vs self-managing", "How to choose a Property Manager" etc.. Write clear, simplified, benefit-driven copy tailored to property owners/investors Translate written content into professionally designed lead magnets (PDFs) in Canva Follow brand guidelines (colors, tone, layout direction will be provided) Possibly create follow-up versions or spin-offs from the core document (e.g., blog posts, email sequences, shorter 1-pagers)
