We are looking to completely update the exterior of our split-level home to eliminate its existing split-level appearance and transform the house into a modern farmhouse-style residence. Our goal is to achieve a clean, contemporary aesthetic with a welcoming, functional, and timeless design. We also intend to remove the existing roof and incorporate pre-engineered trusses to create lofted ceilings throughout the home, offering a more open and airy atmosphere. As part of the update, we would be looking for a remodel of the inside to achieve an open floorplan, functional updated spaces and high ceilings.
