We are seeking a motivated and personable professional to conduct outreach calls to schools (both cold and warm leads). The ideal candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of calls each day, have strong organizational skills to track and report daily results, and collaborate effectively with our marketing team. Initially, this role will be part-time (a few hours each day) with the potential to grow into a larger commitment if success is demonstrated. Key Responsibilities: High-Volume Calling: Make outbound calls to schools (primarily in the U.S.) during business hours (8 AM – Noon or afternoons, depending on availability). Communicate professionally and courteously with key decision-makers (administrators, teachers, etc.). Lead Tracking & Follow-Up: Use our CRM to log all call activities, outcomes, and follow-up tasks. Maintain accurate records of prospects, call notes, and next steps. Daily Reporting: Provide a concise daily update of call volumes, conversations, outcomes, and any challenges faced. Keep the team informed of significant feedback or recurring questions from schools. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and messaging. Participate in scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, refine approaches, and share insights. Onboarding & Shadowing: Spend initial sessions shadowing our existing team members to understand the pitch, our mission, and the sales process. Absorb feedback and best practices quickly to ensure consistent messaging and tone. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent Phone Presence: Confident, clear, and friendly communication style; able to engage with busy educators and administrators. Ability to handle objections and pivot conversations as needed. Previous Experience in Sales/Telemarketing (Preferred): Familiarity with cold calling, warm calling, lead generation, or appointment setting. Experience calling into schools or similar organizations is a plus. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting daily/weekly goals. Detail-oriented approach for accurate CRM data entry and follow-up scheduling. Tech-Savvy & CRM Knowledge: Comfortable working with common CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Proficiency in basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Reliable Work Environment & Equipment: A quiet, distraction-free workspace. A stable, high-speed internet connection and a clear phone/VOIP setup. Availability & Flexibility: Able to work 3–4 hours per day consistently, with the possibility of increasing hours if performance targets are met.
