QBO Book Keeper (real estate investing loans)
Hourly: $40.00 - $50.00
I am looking for an individual who can work with me today to review some real estate investing loan transactions and look over a few complicated transactions. Typically these loans are initiated by me lending the required amount. Once the loan hits the maturity date I record whatever was paid back to me which could include: principal, interest and late payment fees. However, there are some instances where the loan principal gets rolled over into a new loan. I already have the basics set up but I need an expert who can review with me and make sure I am not making mistakes the way I am recording the transactions. This could lead to more work, however, right now I am NOT looking for a full time accountant.
