Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on the assigned topic to ensure accuracy and depth Write detailed, comprehensive whitepapers (typically 3,000-5,000 words) that present key insights, data, and actionable recommendations Organize the content in a structured, logical format, with clear sections such as an executive summary, introduction, research methodology, findings, and conclusions Incorporate relevant industry trends, statistics, and expert opinions into the content Collaborate with our team to ensure the whitepaper aligns with the client's branding, goals, and voice Submit drafts on time, participate in revisions, and incorporate feedback promptly Maintain a consistent style, tone, and format across multiple whitepapers Requirements: Proven experience writing whitepapers for agency clients (please provide writing samples or a portfolio) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content for a professional audience Expertise in conducting thorough research and referencing credible sources Familiarity with the structure and formatting of long-form content like whitepapers Reliable communication and quick turnaround times AI Usage Policy: We allow the use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Jasper) for brainstorming, research assistance, or outlining only.
