Hi! I am looking for an experienced and dynamic EA to co-captain all the things I take on. If you enjoy being challenged and working on different things day-to-day, you are the right person for this role. I am fascinated and involved in many things. There are many different types of businesses and business-related functions you can assist in as part of our family of companies: - personal assistant duties - a cyber security advisory - an investment fund - a non profit The ideal candidate will be able to be a self-starter and take on various administrative tasks across all disciplines of business operations, depending on the need at hand and as-needed. This would not require a full-time effort. This would include: - typical business tasks such as billing reconciliation, data entry, etc. - research tasks for information - preparing and updating presentations based on existing material - email, calendar, and social media management - personal assistance and appointments - Microsoft Office365, Gmail required - being open to the challenge at hand - Spanish is a plus!
