Looking for Architect for a Multifamily Housing project

8 Unit Multifamily Project. The planning phase designs have been approved by the City of Hayward. Work on the building phase designs has already begun and is partially completed. Unfortunately, the current architect has retired due to health reasons. We are now looking for someone who can take over and continue the design work. The outgoing architect will be providing all existing materials, including the AutoCAD files and related documentation, to support a smooth transition.
