Draft Kitchen Remodel Plans for Broward County Permit
We are a general contracting company looking for a licensed architect or engineer (Florida-licensed) to draft and stamp a set of renovation drawings for a kitchen remodel located in Broward County, SCOPE OF WORK: Draft permit-ready drawings showing layout, electrical, plumbing, and interior partition wall changes Ensure drawings comply with Broward County Building Department requirements Provide a signed and sealed set of plans for permit submission Quick turnaround preferred (within 5–7 business days) PROJECT DETAILS: Residential kitchen renovation Potential relocation of plumbing and addition of GFCI outlets No structural wall changes anticipated, only non-load bearing walls Site photos and rough sketch/floor plan will be provided IDEAL CANDIDATE Licensed architect or engineer qualified in the state of Florida Familiar with residential renovation and permitting in South Florida Experience with submitting stamped drawings for permitting We are looking to build long-term relationships for future permitting jobs across South Florida.
