We are seeking an experienced, California-licensed CPA and Tax Advisor to provide expert guidance on personal and business tax planning. This is an advisory role, with potential for expanded responsibilities in the future, including handling tax filings. The advisor will assist with complex tax matters involving personal taxes, a California S-Corp, trust setup, and strategic assignment of assets — including a large property and a collection of cars — into social media business ventures. Deep expertise in California business law and tax structures is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Provide ongoing advisory services for personal and business tax planning • Advise on tax strategies specific to California S-Corp structures • Guide the setup of a trust in alignment with personal and business goals • Review and advise on tax matters involving asset assignment (property and vehicles) to social media business ventures • Stay current on California tax laws and regulations impacting personal and corporate finances • Potentially handle tax filings and compliance matters in the future Requirements: • Active CPA license in California • Proven expertise in California tax law and business structures • Strong advisory experience with entrepreneurs • Familiarity with trust setup and asset protection strategies • Ability to provide clear, actionable tax planning recommendations • Experience working with clients in digital or social media businesses is a plus • Available for hourly, advisory-based engagements
