Construction Estimator for ADU conversion
Hourly: $20.00 - $45.00
We need to give a ROM for an ADU conversion of a ground floor office space. We are currently working with the ownership and architect and have preliminary plans available. Looking to hire someone that is very experienced with using construction estimating software (Bluebeam, Proest, RSmeans, Stack, etc.) to help with the construction estimate. Project is located in the California Bay Area. Requirements: 1. Must have real-life experience with construction estimation 2. Available to start immediately and time to provide deliverable within a week. 3. Experience with cost estimation with all trades (framing, MEP, concrete, etc.)
