I'll give the social media video content creator a real estate topic, and then I basically need someone who will do All-in-One: Find stock footage + create the content + speak on video with the stock footage of the topic behind them + edit the video + edit a cover image that I can use for Instagram. I'll also be posting the content on other outlets. I own a small real estate brokerage and need content for my social media. My current Instagram is super quiet and really needs good quality content that will attract many. I need maybe 1-3 videos each week about real estate developments, real estate news.
