Looking for someone to help me organize evidence & other pertinent information for a custody trial which is set for May 19, 2025. Specifically: Looking to create “Trial Notebook” or “Evidence Log”, to give it a name…. for presentation to the court/judge and to opposing counsel at trial. I am picturing a timeline-style format/book focusing on proving toxic patterns and behaviors which were detrimental to my child’s emotional & psychological well-being over the last 5 years; and which WILL BE toxic for the rest of her(our) life, should the cycle she’s been trapped in not (finally & forever) be broken.
