We are seeking a high-level AI Expert to spearhead the integration of advanced AI tools and systems across every aspect of our organization. This role is for someone who thinks strategically, moves fast, and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to drive transformation across multiple departments. You’ll be the architect of AI innovation at our company, helping us optimize and automate workflows, personalize client experiences, and improve operational efficiency throughout: • Sales • Marketing • Social Media Management • Copywriting • Operations • Recruiting • Client Care (File Management) • Business Development Reps (Inbound/Outbound Phone, Text, Email) • Technology/Infrastructure What You’ll Do • Audit current processes and identify opportunities for AI integration across departments • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and boost output • Lead cross-functional projects to integrate AI into customer-facing and internal systems • Train department heads and team members on the use of AI tools and best practices • Work with leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives and drive business outcomes • Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools from leading AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs, Zapier, Grok, Make, etc.) • Build prototypes, workflows, automations, and prompt libraries that can be scaled across the business Who You Are • A strategic technologist who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Able to connect the dots between technology, business goals, and real-world implementation • Deeply knowledgeable about leading AI platforms, prompt engineering, RAG workflows, vector databases, and automation tools • Fast, detailed-oriented, and tenacious about execution • Visionary thinker who can turn ideas into reality—fast • Strong communicator with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams • Bonus: Experience with AI applications in sales, marketing, and customer success workflows Requirements • Proven experience leading AI integration projects in business-to-consumer environments • Mastery of multiple AI platforms and tools • Experience building and managing AI workflows using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, LangChain, etc.) • Ability to document and present technical concepts in simple, actionable terms • Portfolio or examples of previous AI implementations a major plus Why?
