This is a high-ticket interior design mentorship program led by Joelle Uzyel — a renowned designer featured in Elle Decor, House Beautiful, and The Wall Street Journal. You’ll be speaking with individuals who are already interested and eager to elevate or change their careers in interior design. Your role is to connect, guide, and close the sale through phone or Zoom. What You'll Do: Call and follow up with warm leads from our ad campaigns on Notion Understand the prospect’s goals and recommend the right program Close sales and manage the enrollment process Track communication and follow-ups via CRM Requirements: Proven experience in high-ticket or consultative sales Strong communication, empathy, and closing skills Must be available during USA time zones Reliable, professional, and highly motivated Bonus: Interest or background in interior design or creative fields Compensation: Commission-based: 10% of each sale Our programs are premium-priced, offering strong earning potential This is a remote role with flexible hours.
