Description:

We are in the process of acquiring a routine service-based business that currently manages operations using FileMaker. We’re seeking an experienced freelancer to extract all relevant data and prepare it for migration into a modern CRM platform such as Jobber, ServiceTitan, or BuildOps. The business operates with three main modules: Bids (quoting and proposals) Work Orders (scheduled and completed jobs) Invoices (billing and payments) We’re open to your recommendations on the best platform based on your experience with similar service businesses. Scope of Work: Access and extract all customer-related data from FileMaker, including: Customer info Job history Scheduled cleanings Notes and attachments Bids, work orders, and invoices Organize the data according to the chosen CRM’s import structure Map all fields and ensure integrity across modules Deliver clean, import-ready CSV files (Optional) Assist with the initial import into Jobber, ServiceTitan, or BuildOps Provide a brief summary/report of what was extracted and how it maps to the new system Requirements: Proven experience with FileMaker data extraction Familiarity with Jobber, ServiceTitan, BuildOps, or similar field service CRMs Strong skills in CSV formatting and data cleanup Understanding of service business workflows (bids → work orders → invoices) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to complete the job in a timely manner
