We are looking to hire a contractor to design and implement a customized operations system for our upholstery and fabric showroom. The project will focus on streamlining internal processes and improving day-to-day workflow. Scope of work includes: Project Management System Setup: Create a comprehensive, easy-to-use system for managing client projects from start to finish, tailored to our specific workflow. Inventory & Ordering Processes: Develop a clear method for tracking fabric and supply inventory, placing and following up on orders. Task Delegation & Team Coordination: Establish a structure for assigning and tracking team tasks to support accountability and timely execution across roles. Platform Selection & Implementation: Recommend the most suitable platform—such as Trello, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp—based on our needs, and fully set up the chosen system for immediate use. Documentation & Team Training: Provide detailed documentation and light training to ensure our team understands and can confidently use the new system going forward. This is a short-term contract focused on effective setup and implementation, with the potential for ongoing support as needed.
