Our website is a new multi-vendor holiday marketplace. We’re looking for a part-time U.S.-based Onboarding Specialist (~5 hours per week to start) to help us welcome new vendors to the platform. You’ll play a key role in making sure vendors feel supported, informed, and excited to sell with us. ***You must have an undertanding of Webkul which is the vendor platform we use*** What you’ll do: • Review vendor applications and check for product fit/quality • Communicate with vendors via email (and occasionally Zoom or other video platfom) • Walk vendors through our onboarding steps (using Webkul on Shopify) • Answer basic platform and process questions • Flag any red flags or questionable products to the founder • Help us improve our onboarding process over time Ideal candidate: • Based in the U.S. with excellent written communication • Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning simple tech tools (Shopify, Webkul) • Experience in customer service, vendor relations, or onboarding is a plus This is a great opportunity to get in early and grow with us.
