Meeting Note-Taker/ Real-Time Transcription for Grievance/Appeal Meetings with University

I am seeking someone that has excellent transcription skills during real-time zoom meetings and calls. An understanding of ADA and 504 disability rights is a plus, though not required. I am a disabled graduate student that is going through the grievance/appeal process at my university for accommodations. I need these notes to be able to both review for my own comprehension and ability to advocate for myself, as well as for documentation purposes of what was said and done during the meetings. I may need to be able to bring these notes to future legal proceedings, as documentation of what occurred during these meetings, so I am looking for someone with high level of accuracy when transcribing in real-time and with excellent note-taking skills. Attention to detail and organization is important. All meetings will be over zoom or calls. I’m looking for someone to attend these meetings with me (virtually). Excellent note taking and high accuracy are needed when typing.
