Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert with a deep understanding of eCommerce to perform an audit of our existing email marketing strategy for MasterSpaParts.com. This will involve evaluating our current Klaviyo setup, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance. The goal is to ensure that our email marketing campaigns are fully aligned with our business objectives and best practices. Responsibilities: Conduct a thorough audit of our current Klaviyo email marketing account. Evaluate the effectiveness of our email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) and campaigns. Assess segmentation and targeting to ensure relevance and personalization. Analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue. Provide recommendations for improving email deliverability and list hygiene. Identify opportunities to optimize email automation, workflows, and sequences. Review our design and copy for email templates to ensure they are aligned with our brand and optimized for conversion. Provide a detailed audit report with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Help implement key changes or suggest resources for implementation. Requirements: Proven experience working with Klaviyo for eCommerce brands. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and automation. In-depth knowledge of segmentation, customer journeys, and personalization within Klaviyo. Experience analyzing and optimizing email performance through A/B testing, reporting, and analytics. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience conducting audits and providing strategic recommendations for email marketing performance. Certification in Klaviyo or other relevant email marketing platforms. Strong portfolio of successful Klaviyo email campaigns and audits.
