Scope of Work: Research and collect contact information for businesses in Austin, TX who may benefit from custom or curated gifts -Target industries: Real estate agents & brokers Wellness studios & spas Creative agencies Law firms, finance companies, and HR departments Property managers (apartment complexes, luxury rentals, etc.) Airbnb hosts or vacation rental management companies Provide company name, contact name, email (preferably direct, not generic), phone (optional), website, and a short note on why they might be a good fit Deliver all leads in a well-organized Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet Prioritize businesses with a focus on local sourcing, wellness, sustainability, or luxury experiences Requirements: -Experience in lead generation, virtual assistance, or business outreach -Familiar with using tools like LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, or ZoomInfo -Good research and attention to detail -Ability to start right away and deliver a batch of at least 100 leads in the first round Bonus: Past work with lifestyle or product-based businesses is a plus Budget: -Open to hourly or fixed price -Start with a paid trial project ($40–$75 depending on size/quality of lead list) -Ongoing work available if we’re a good fit Please include examples of past lead generation work when applying.
