Responsibilities: Organize and manage legal case files pertaining to insurance claims. Conduct legal research related to insurance regulations and compliance. Draft and review legal documents and correspondence associated with insurance claims. Ensure all case files comply with legal standards and are up-to-date. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably with a focus on insurance claims. Strong understanding of insurance terminology and claim procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
